Purpose & Vision

To lead the church into meaningful, spirit-filled worship; to use music, song, creativity and worship arts as a vehicle to draw people into the presence of God, in line with MFM’s emphasis on revival, Holy Ghost fire, and spiritual warfare through worship.

To support all church services, events, programmes, ensuring worship is reverent, passionate, doctrinally sound, and aligns with MFM’s teaching on holiness and spiritual focus.
Key Responsibilities & Activities

Leading Sunday services, mid-week programmes, special events (revivals, deliverance nights, vigils) in worship.

Training choir members, musicians; nurturing talent; ensuring excellence and holiness in presentation, dress, conduct.

Collaborating with other ministries (Youth, Children, We Care, Prayer, Ushering, etc.) to support church events and outreach — worship for youth services, children’s church, women gatherings, outreach events.

Supporting evangelism and deliverance — worship as part of spiritual warfare, intercession, spiritual atmosphere for ministry.
Development & Growth

Regular rehearsals, training sessions (vocal training, instrumental, sound management, discipline, spiritual life)

Encouragement for younger members (youth, children) to participate — building a pipeline of worshippers/musicians across generations

Occasional concerts, worship nights, events to foster unity, passion, and growth
